Hong Kong-based dealership and brokerage Asia Yachting has confirmed details of its new Phuket office, which has opened this week at the Boat Lagoon marina complex in Koh Kaew, on the northern outskirts of Phuket. The new flagship office is heralded by Asia Yachting as a “firm commitment” to the expansion of the company’s yachting business across Asean regions.
Boat Lagoon is an exclusive marina complex, with luxury resort facilities and a residential “lifestyle village” that has been operational since 1994. It is regarded as Thailand’s first full-service marina, and offers 180 wet berths, 144 hardstands and 12 dry stacking bays, alongside a dedicated service centre staffed by technicians and engineers.
“With the expansion of our dealership territories this year, we are seeing more prospects and customers from all around Southeast Asia,” says Olivier Besson, CEO of Asia Yachting. “The opening of the Phuket flagship office demonstrates our commitment to the region and the neighbouring regions, where it serves as a natural hub for our Southeast Asian activities.”
The new office represents Asia Yachting’s suite of brands including Monte Carlo Yachts, Prestige and Nautique, and will host walk-throughs on demonstration vessels. Office staff can assist clients on everything from new yacht and brokerage sales to management and services.
