Monaco has always been a hub for gastronomy for the luxury travel enthusiast and this year the principality has some amazing new culinary concepts springing to life. Here are three new restaurants worth a visit in Monaco.

Em Sherif at the Hôtel de Paris

The first is Em Sherif at the Hôtel de Paris. Coming to Europe via Beirut, Em Sherif was founded by Mireille Hayek in 2011 and celebrates the authenticity while showing the level of refinement possible in Lebanese cuisine. Yasmina Hayek, the founder’s daughter, who trained at the Paul Bocuse Institute, is running the Monaco outpost of this international restaurant group.

According to founder, Mireille Hayek, “Lebanon gifted me the culture I am so proud of. It’s what constantly inspires Em Sherif and it’s what has allowed me to succeed. Bringing this culture to Monaco in a place as legendary as Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo is such a joy; it gives me the opportunity to transmit my love for my country.” Em Sherif offers both indoor and outdoor dining on the ground floor of the Hôtel de Paris overlooking the Mediterranean.
