Sterling Global Financial, the developers creating the Hurricane Hole Marina’s renovation and expansion, announced that the marina will be fully operational and prepared to welcome yachts and their guests in April 2022.
With construction in its final stage and the custom-built, fixed and floating docks installed, the Nassau-based construction team is putting the finishing touches on the marina’s total redesign and redevelopment. A limited number of slips remain available for purchase. Rental reservations are now available starting April 1, 2022.
“We are very proud of this momentous accomplishment and believe Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina and Paradise Landing will benefit Bahamian tourism for generations to come,” said David Kosoy, Executive Chairman and Founder of Sterling Global Financial, the project’s developer, manager and owner. “We set out to create the greatest yachting destination in The Bahamas and I believe we are close to achieving that goal.”
The 5-star marina’s perimeter was expanded to more than 6,100 linear feet of deep-water floating and fixed concrete docks. The redesigned marina now has a 240-foot-wide turning basin, 14.5ft depth below average low tide, and docks up to 420 feet. In addition, the marina provides 24-hour security, on-site Customs, 400-amp/480-volt power, laundry facilities and in-slip fueling. Additional perks include Wi-Fi and direct internet fiber. Members will enjoy the state-of-the art fitness facilities, swimming pools, private meeting spaces and charter management services. Separate pool, lounge, and gym facilities dedicated to yacht captains and crew add to the property’s unique appeal.

Open now is a new flagship retail store for 700 Wine and Spirits. Coming soon also will be a gourmet grocery store and a complex of waterfront restaurants. Sterling Commons also offers the convenience of a private bank & trust and executive office suites with daily and monthly office rentals.
